Welcome to my webpage for the 2024-2025 school year! My name is Rod James and I have been teaching special education self contained classes for the past 25 years. I have been working in the district since the 2004-2005 school year. I graduated from Rowan University in 1993 with a degree in History/Secondary Education. I received my emergency certification in special education in 2000. I have been teaching in the Self Contained Multiple Disabilities class (REACH) for the past 10 years. I love coming to work everyday and enjoy interacting with my students on a professional and personal level. Building relationships with my students every year is one of the best parts of my job.
